Ablaze Valley
Ablaze Valley is an annual EDM music festival in Bonfire Basin, Nevada, in October. The host company wanted this year’s event to have a firey, fun, but modernized theme for the festival.

Brainstorming
At the beginning of the project, I sketched multiple versions of concepts and ideas to give me some options to play with. I also put together a mood board to organize the look and feel and my inspirations into one place. I knew I wanted to communicate the modern, fun energy that the brief stated, so I researched to inspire myself. I have personally been to quite a few music festivals, and I wanted to communicate the electric energy that is around the festivals.
Methodology
After the project's planning phase, I converted my ideas into Adobe Illustrator to bring them to life. I started with the logo design inspired by the lasers used in concerts and shows and created a bold, geometric lettermark logo paired with geometric text. The branding retains the fire theme but with a modern twist. The branding guide was a crucial step for future brand consideration and continuity.

Brand Guidelines
I designed this project's brand guidelines to organize the branding and festival look. This is a crucial step and product to ensure that everything stays cohesive. In this guideline, I showcase the logo design, color palette, font name, brand icons, and the event's tagline with the date.
Festival Lineup
A festival lineup is a curated schedule of performances and events showcasing diverse talent to provide attendees with a rich and engaging experience. It features renowned headliners, emerging artists, and various performers across multiple stages, highlighting the festival's theme and catering to diverse tastes. The lineup aims to deliver a memorable and immersive celebration of creativity, culture, and community.

I designed three merchandise items for the festival that matched their branding. These items include a bucket hat, a pashmina, and a t-shirt.
Festival Items
In a festival, certain items are essential to the functionality of the event. So, I designed VIP event passes as well as wristband passes, decorative event flags for the festival grounds, and a food and drink stand for attendees.
